When you choose a subscription option, you'll receive the convenience of automatic recurring deliveries while keeping control over your subscription.

How Your Subscription Works

When you purchase PureLymp using a subscription option, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription.

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery and billing frequency displayed when you subscribe.

Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel it.

The applicable subscription price, delivery frequency, and other important details are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your available customer subscription portal or by contacting our Customer Support team.

Depending on the options available for your subscription, you may be able to:

Skip an upcoming order
Change your delivery frequency
Update your shipping address
Update your payment method
Pause your subscription
Cancel your subscription

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled renewal is processed.

Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future subscription renewals.

If your next recurring order has already been processed, entered fulfillment, or shipped before your cancellation request is completed, the cancellation will apply to future renewals.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

Automatic Billing

By selecting a subscription option and completing your purchase, you authorize PureLymp and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms presented to you at checkout.

Recurring charges will continue at the applicable subscription frequency until the subscription is cancelled.

Recurring Orders

Each successful subscription renewal creates a new order for fulfillment and shipment.

Please make sure your shipping address, contact information, and payment information remain current before your next scheduled renewal.

Subscription Changes

Depending on the options available through your subscription portal, you may be able to:

Skip an upcoming shipment
Change your delivery schedule
Update your shipping information
Update your payment method
Pause future deliveries
Cancel future renewals

We recommend making any desired changes before your next scheduled renewal date.

Subscription Pricing & Promotions

Subscription pricing may differ from one-time purchase pricing.

Any applicable subscription price, discount, promotional offer, delivery frequency, or other subscription benefit will be displayed when you select your purchase option.

Promotional subscription pricing may be subject to the specific terms presented with the offer.

Refunds & Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed.

If a recurring order has already been processed or shipped, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Any return or refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
